When Proctor & Gamble, a titan of industry, decided on Pleasure Island for their corporate retreat, they were seeking more than just a location. They desired an experience, an immersion into the island's vibrant soul while catering to a global cadre of top-tier executives. They entrusted us with this mammoth task, and we delivered an evening that seamlessly wove work and wonder.

In collaboration with P&G’s immensely talented planner, Naomi, and the Courtyard by Marriott, we crafted an evening of duality: a relaxed yet regal blend of island vibes and corporate elegance. Our beachfront cocktail hour set a precedent, immersing guests in the golden hues of the sunset and the gentle lull of the waves. This laid-back ambiance set the stage for the grandeur that followed: a lavish awards ceremony within the opulent confines of the ballroom.

But what truly set the night apart was our touch of local magic. In a nod to Pleasure Island’s local culinary scene, we introduced the executives to the rich flavors of Shuckin Shack's oysters and their tantalizing oyster shooters while the rhythmic and tropical tunes of the Sea Pans steel drum ensemble serenaded the attendees, encapsulating the island's spirit.  In the Carolinas, no party is complete without corn hole, so of course, we included that too.
